Greasy Zoe’s is a produce driven restaurant in the heart of Hurstbridge part of The Nillumbik. Nyilum bik meaning “Bad Earth” in the local Aboriginal language Woiwurrung.

Partners Lachlan and Zoe are a two person team, opening the doors to this intimate 8 seater in May 2017.

Serving only 32 people a week, sustainability, ethical treatment of animals and a heavy focus on the restaurants environmental impact are the major driving inspirations behind GZs quality over quantity approach.

Greasy Zöes collaborates with the most sustainable growers creating a daily changing set menu, utilizing only hyper local produce from small farmers of The Nillumbik. Taking seasonality and locality to a whole new level.
