BOOKINGS
Greasy Zoe’s accepts online bookings only. To make a reservation please press the link below. As we only seat 8 guests at one time reservations are essential.
All bookings are released on the first of the month at 9am. For example on July 1st at 9am bookings for the month of August will open.
3pm late lunch Reservations are for a maximum duration of 3 hours only.
Please arrive on time for your reservation. A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We require 7 days notice of ALL dietary requirements. Please remember it is just Zoe in the kitchen, failure to do so may lead to disappointments on the night.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Greasy Zoe’s can accept bookings for groups of up to 9 diners
We are unable to accept reservations for children under six years of age
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests are required to provide their credit card details upon time of booking. A $50 deposit is payable in advance for dining reservations which will go towards the bill on the night. 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required, in which case a full refund of deposit (minus $20 admin fee) applies.
We require 14 days notice of all cancellations and change in numbers otherwise a $220 per person charge will be made if your booking cannot be filled.
Things happen, we get it, however we are a small business. If you need to cancel your booking contact your friends and family to see if they can fill the booking for you.
GIFT VOUCHERS We do not offer gift vouchers however please contact us if you would like to contribute to someones bill.
